Choose send-to e-mail address possible in ChronoForms

I'm looking for a option that DNN module Feedback Designer of InterActive Webs http://www.interactivewebs.com.au/feedbackdesigner/FeedbackDesigner.aspx has.

The option is that you make 1 form that "knowns" to which e-mail address he must send the e-mail, due an option (dropdownmenu for example).

So the question will be for example I've a question for department:.
By seclection the e-mail will be send (after summit to:
Option --> send to address
Sales --> sales(a)company.com
Quality --> quality(a)company.com
Order --> order(a)company.com

And if possible, send an e-mail always to 1 address aswell.

Wil this be possible with ChronoForms?
