Check All - Checkbox

On Joomla 1.5.x and using ChronoForm,

I have this form that has like 8 checkboxes. The user can select them all, or only one.
I wish not to make the user to click 8 times, if he/she wishes to select all options.

How can one create a check box that when checked, will select all remaining checkboxes ?
A sort of "Check and Uncheck All box" ?

There's a useful tutorial here - this is for MooTools 1.2 and may need adapting if your site uses MooTools 1.12.
