Error 324 - Was working fine, now its not.

swopeoffice 19 Jul, 2011
I'm getting Error 324 when opening my form. I can't open it via the menu and I can't open it via the link inside chronoforms.

Exact Error in Chrome - Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

http://www.priceperheadpro.com/sign-up-now - that is the page.

Error 324 on Chrome
Blank Page on Firefox
I'm on a Mac so no IE.

Thanks in advance!

Hi SwopeOffice,

Sorry, no useful ideas. What shows in the server log? Has your ISP/webhost changed the server security settings? Are all the ChronoForms files installed correctly?

There have been no changes made to the server. All of a sudden we just started getting this error

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with Google Chrome itself, but that's the only browser that gives you an error, FF and IE just give you blank white pages

Details from Google - http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=84313

The entire site works except the forms though. I've created a new form - same result.

I am having the same issue

FYI: I disabled a plugin called System - RokGZipper and now the form is working.

Unfortunately, I have that one disabled as well.

Have you tried turning off all cache settings?

Hi SwopeOffice,

Google Chrome is just a politer browser - it tries to give you a message; the error is the same.

Well, something changed somewhere and unless you edited or upgraded ChronoForms it wasn't in ChronoForms itself.

My best guess is still a change in server security settings; or maybe a corrupt file somewhere??

Is there a way to copy all of the files over or maybe upgrade it? I'm on version 3.1 RC5.5

Hi SwopeOffice,

You can install CFv3.2 using the Joomla! extension installer.

Hi SwopeOffice,

Try setting Error Reporting to Maximum in the site Global Configuration - you may then get a more useful error message.

Set to Maximum, where will I find this file?
GreyHead 20 Jul, 2011
Hi SwopeOffice,

in the site Global Configuration

Correct, but where will it tell me the errors? Where would the log file be located?
