I have watched the video's numerous times and I have read the forum the form now does not email.
Any suggestions?
On the Events tab email #1 is set up with
enabled - yes

- To: email with domain name
From email: not sure what this should be have tried many different configs.

now the emails are coming through and this is what I get

Errr . . . like it says "You may customize this message under the "Template" tab in the Email settings box."
If you want to include data from the form then add it using the syntax {input_name} e.g. Name: {name}, Email: {email} or Name: {input_text_0}, etc.
