No email if not plugin/module

Hi,

I've used this for a few years now, but now I've created a form that pops up if a user has first visited the site and I couldnt find a plugin that worked with this. So I created a form and pasted the chronocontact module code into my modal popup. It works but doesnt send emails (goes into DB).

I think it has something to do with the 2 hidden fields which I've also pasted into my modal. Do thwese change each time the page loads on normal modules?

Could you help me please?

THanks

Adam

Just a thought, is it possible to load a joomla plugin or module directly from another module's PHP script as that would solve this?

Hi Adam,

I can't quite get my head around what you are trying to achieve here?

Can you not just put the form URL in your modal popup code? Most of them will accept a url in my (limited) experience.

If the form is saving to the database OK then it should also send emails - so the problem may be somewhere in the email setup?
