Hi, when you fill out the form and submit it, You will receive the email definitely, but without the contents, such name and tel # ect... help please!

In ChronoForms v4 you need to edit the Email template to include that information.

definitely, the template is already edited and the system is sending emails to my inbox, but without the filled out contents, But i am getting this "You may customize this message under the "Template" tab in the Email settings box." and this I also customized it to something different . :?

Hmmm . . . so ChronoForms is messing with your coding :-(

Either your template wasn't saved or it isn't in the Email that you are using. I can't think of any other explanation.

There was a quote missing from one of the boxes on the form general tab which broke the form layout and might affect the email. Everything else looks OK.

Err . . . yes it did. Here's the test email I received from your site after I fixed it. You'll see it's exactly the same as the template code you entered.

Exactly,what I meant I don't the see the contents that were filled out by the user such your Name:.../email:...@kkk.com/Tel:.... ect also I am not receiving the uploaded file.

In ChronoForms v4 you need to edit the Email template to include that information.

You can see that Name is in there - because I edited the template and put it there.

I think I found it! this has to be in the forms manager→wizard edit→under Drop→emails→Email_#1→Click to configure→Template
But the only issue Im facing now is how to display that i have already set in the preview template the radio buttons option and the drop down option?
Can you provide me with examples? also the file upload settings. thanks

Agreed have you tried the ChronoSearch option from the Tutorials tab above? That's usually better.
