How to put code into website?

I am newbie to joomla but i am able to create dynamic forms with the help of chronoforms.
However, Where and how do i need to paste the html code into my website.Can anyone please assist me
I have checked your tutorial but unable to get much help on it.

i have created one page in MAIN MENU
i want to create form in it..

Hi Vince,

You can use the ChronoForms plug-in to insert a form into a Joomla! article.

Or you can link the form to a Menu item to show just the form.

Hi which plugin? Also what's the syntax for inserting the form into an article? Is it:
{Chronoforms}formname{Chronoforms} ?
