sended mail is without values

hello,
i have a problem

i installed chronoforms 4 in joomla 1.6

all ok with installation but when someone submit and send from my site form , i recive an email with empty values.

Pratically i recive email with only text "You may customize this message under the "Template" tab in the Email settings box" and ip of user that send but without datas of the forms

You can use {input_name} to include values from the form.

why in email i do not recive all dates and answers toform of my users' site?

where i must use {input_name} to read their answers to my form?

Because you haven't added any new content to the Template tab in the Email Configuration box.

no if i set so the template (for example {input_name} ) arrive to my mailbox an email with only write: "{input_name}" and ip of sender but nothing dates of form
