Showing form within regular content

jpipitone 14 Sep, 2007
I've created a new content page, and I've inserted the following code:

{chronocontact}contact{/chronocontact}

I've placed this code using my WSIWYG editor within Joomla. Is this correct, or do I need to place the code in the actual .php page? The form is not displaying. Also, I have installed and published the mambot. Still no luck, just empty space shows up, but my correct template is showing up without the form.

"contact" is the correct name of my form. I've gotten the form to display with no problems when I simply linked to it, however I needed to make some adjustments to the template which requires me to display the form within the content.

Any ideas?

Thank you! are you sure that this page content has the {chronocontact}contact{/chronocontact} ? and its in the "main body" text ? or in the intro text but intro text is enabled ?

try writing this in the main text of the page:

xxxx{chronocontact}contact{/chronocontact}yyyyyy

Lets see how this looks

My apologies for bothering you, turns out that when I made the new template, I didn't put this in the code:

<?php mosMainbody(); ?>

So nothing was displaying - now it works

Thanks for your time - I will be purchasing a license for your software as soon as I get client approval!

Thanks for your excellent support and product!
