Converting from V3 to Joomla! 1.6

I have a form created using the Wizard in v3 (Joomla 1.5.23) and would like to add it to my Joomla 1.6 site but cannot find any documentation on how to achieve this. I have installed V4 on my Joomla 1.6 website.

There is no autoamtic upgrade from CFv3 to CFv4 :-(

If the forms are simple I recommend recreating from scratch using the Wizard. That's probably going to save you time in the long term as they will then be CFv4 'native'.

If they are complicated then you can copy and paste over blocks of code - the Form HTML for example; and then add the extra features - mail, DB Save, etc. using the Wizard.

I suspected that might be the solution. I did try copying the code from the v3 to the v4 but when I tried to edit it with the Wizard the form didn't display. No worries I will start from scratch.
