Using a new V4 form in Joomla 1.5

I've loaded V4 of Chronoforms into Joomla 1.5, next to the V3 we have been using previously. I've recreated a form in V4, but can't get the menu item that we usually have linking to the form to recognise the new form name.

I did make sure the Mootools Upgrade module was enabled, as well as the form itself. The form appears to be functioning... I just can't get Joomla to see it. I receive an error that the given form name doesn't exist.

Are there any suggestions on what I should be looking for specifically within my new form to make sure it is available?

I think I have solved this by playing around in the menu a little more. I hadn't realised there were two separate types for the different versions in the menu items information. I now have the new form.

If you have both V3 and V4 installed then always make sure that the menu item you are trying to test is connected to the correct version.
