Cannot submit form

Hi

I have a contact form that until recently has been working fine. Without making any changes to the form setup, I cannot now submit the form.

Please see screen shot for error I receive. I get this error even with validation switched off and anti spam switched off.

I have installed a mailing component recently (Acymailing). Could this be conflicting with the chronoforms?

Any dieas?

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
