Validation and Tooltips not working

I am running V3.2 with Joomla 1.5.23 and validation and tooltips stopped working. They did work, but somewhere along the line in developing my site they stopped working. That would seem to indicate a conflict with one of the other extensions that I installed, but I have not clue which would be the culprit.

Here's an example form that is not working:

I tried disabling the other extensions that I installed, but was not able to get it working again.

I did check the forms and they do have the "Load Chronoforms CSS/JS Files" option set.

OK, I solved the problem. It was actually related to the template that I was using. I had to enable Mootools in the template configuration.
