Illegal variable in Chronoforms v4

Joomla.1.5 I have my site blocked, I can not enter through the administrator or less for the front end. The message is:

Illegal variable _files or _env or _GET or _POST or _SESSION or _COOKIE _SERVER or Passed to script or globals.

and the URL is http://www.bicentenaria.cl/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&task=form_wizard&form_id=11

I had created a database for a simple contacto form and then I duplicated and changed the name to create another form based on the same database and I think that this may have been the mistake, but I went to cpanel and I deleted the db, but nothing happens.
I can not access the admin to disable ChronoForms and I do not know if I could do something for FTP. Please I need help ...!

I can only think that you have a form name that has some HTML in it? Or some odd form code?

Best go into CPanel and delete the record for the duplicated form from the jos_chronoforms table. Make a note of the ChronoForm id and then for neatness you should also delete any records from jos_chronoforms_actions with that chronoform_id.

Thanks, After I delete the DB from the cpanel (I did not support it!), and after a while everything was arranged. I never knew what happened. I did carefully another BD and everything is working.
