I have set up Chronoform/ChronoConnectivity to securely submit form to database and send admin assistant an email notifying her of submission. She then accesses database and retrieves form info.
See this long thread for set up history: http://www.chronoengine.com/forums.html?cont=posts&f=2&t=18175.
All works well except she would like to receive one form at a time to print out.
I know a little php and forms but need some help in being pointed in the direction of a strategy for doing this.
tia,
Scott

Hi Scott,
I'm not quite sure what you need here. Probably I would set up a separate little form with admin access only that displays the data in a format suitable for printing.

Thanks Bob.
I'm a little foggy about details of what she gets when she responds to email. It's been a while since I set it up. As I remember I used ChronoConnectivity to produce the forms for her. She complains they don't come out one at a time.
What details could I post that would clarify?
Also, not sure where/how I would apply what you suggested.
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott,
I think ask her for more info, maybe an example or two. ChronoConenctivity sounds like a good solution . . . but then I don't understand how she gets several forms at once?

I changed email to me to see what she gets. I sent in two referral forms. When email notification came and I followed link. Both referral forms were there one right after the other, separated by a horizontal line, space and another horizontal line.
At the end of the second sheet (but not the first) was this:

Bob, I she would still like to be able to print one record at a time and I'm still at a loss for how to set it up differently.
Make sense to have this discussion on the ChronoConnectivity board?
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott,
I'd still probably do it with the View Details link showing a single record; or maybe an Email button that uses Ajax to email a copy of the current record to her.
I looked through a bit of the long thread but it's hard to make out what you have done to send her the emails now. Or indeed what she actually wants.
