Error with blank upload fields

I've created a form with CF 3.2
The form has 3 file upload fields set as not required.
If I fill all of them and I submit the form it works correctly.
If I leave one or more of those field blank I receive an error message which says nothing.
It is a box with red background and a list with no descriptions like this:

2.
3.
If I leave all the fields blank

1.
2.
If I leave 2 fields blank

1.
If I leave only 1 field blank

how do I fix this.

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
