Does not display the form

I installed version 4.0 RC1.9 your fabulous chrono forms and joomla 1.6.3 I've tried to create the form from the wizard or manually, but the same if I click on the button to see the form is not displayed.
Something wrong?

Do you use the action Show HTML ?

Ok thanks a lot, I saw the tutorial and in fact I had not done, but two or more problems:
1) The Submit button seems ch andnot functions, because if I click it does nothing
2) I created the form with the wizard and I put the fields such as: name, email, phone number, notes, and upload files, but the first field that the name does not appear, why?

I tried to create the form by hand and submit button does not get any mail.
