how to display text field on click event of radio button

Hi,
I am using Chronoforms version 3.2
I have a radio button that is having one of option named as other.
I want to display a text field if user clicked on option other of radio button.
How to achieve this exactly?.

Please check this extract from The ChronoForms Book. it will need to be modified to work with radio buttons.
