Dragging in V4

I can't drag from the left side to the right side area - it won't work. MooTools is disabled. Running v4 on 1.5.23 of Joomla.

Hi DawnB,

MooTools is disabled.

That's probably the reason. CFv4 requires the MooTools Upgrade plug-in to be enabled.
