Filtering IP address of the sender before sending an email

Hello,


I am using ChronoForm to generate a Price Estimation on my website. After the estimation is done, ChronoForm send me an email with the data entered by the person who did the estimation.

I am also using this price estimation form for myself, but I wish to not receive an email each time I do so.

How should I process to use the {IPADDRESS} Variable to filter my IP address?

- in the email template ?
- in a custom form before the email is trigger ?
