Validation & Captcha Not Working

Form built using Form Wizard

PROBLEM: I'm able to successfully submit a form with all fields empty (including Captcha).

Even though I've used Chronoforms extensively in the past, this is my first time with v4 and the Wizard.
I'm sure that this is a set-up problem on my end but I need direction.

The form is functional and Captcha is displaying. Several fields are set as required.

This is how I have set up the form using Wizard:
Events / On Load contains: Show html, Load Captcha and Load CSS.
Events / On Submit contains:
-- Auto Server Side Validation (On Success empty; On Fail: Event Loop & Show Stopper)
-- Check Captcha (On Success empty, On Fail empty) Enabled - Yes
-- DB Save
-- Show Thanks Message
-- Email - Alert To Admin

After reading through the Forum I added Event Loop and Show Stopper to to Validation On Fail field, but those don't seem to have any effect one way or another.

Tips and sugggestions would be appreciated.

After quite a bit of hunting on the forum I finally was able to solve my problem.
The solution involved adding "Event Loop" Actions to the "On Fail" Events of both Check Captcha and Auto Server Side Validation.

I'v attached a screen grab that will probably be a helpful guide to others new to the Wizard.
