Confirmation page don't send attach

I've a strange problem.
I use Chronoforms 3.1 rc5 and I made a form with sending of attached file.
All go good, but if the Confirmation page is activated, the form don't send the attach.
If the confirmation page is deactivated the attach is sent.
Could you have a solution?

The Confirmation page plug-in is buggy and breaks several parts of the ChronoForms processing including emails attachments.

In other words, don't use never Confirmation page plug.
There are the same problems about Confirmation page plug in Chronoforms V4?
