Linking CB and Chronoforms

I wanted to know if it's possible to link a Chronoforms table with a Community Builder table, in other words anything that was entered into the Chronoforms table should automatically be entered into the Community Builder Table.

Is this possible and how do you do this?

Yes it is possible - If you search on CB I think you'll find a couple of threads here from quite a while ago. You have to know the CB Table & column names and probably add some code to match them up.
