Hi,
So i have been using chronoforms for a few months now and it has been working brilliantly up until recently.
When people fill in my form the system sends 2 confirmation email's.
One goes too me. and one goes too my client. ( both as a confirmation and so he can check if everything is filled in correctly )
Now usually this does not give problems, atleast not with @Hotmail accounts or @live accounts, nor with most other "common" email providers.
But i've been having more and more complaints from mainly belgium people that they are not recieving there confirmation email, Luckely i still recieve it so there is no big problem, but in my email it does show there email adress at cc: that it has been sent to them.
Does the system maybe have problems with certain types of mail adresses? quite a few complaints have come from people with an "@pandora.be" adress.
Or could there be another problem ? i don't suppose it would be flagged as "spam"?
Kind regards,
Frank Hendriks.

Hi Frank,
It is quite likely that the emails are being flagged as possible spam. Over time all of the ISPs are tightening up their spam filters and more and more features are being checked.
Nothing has changed in ChronoForms so and the emails are still being sent so something is blocking them on the way :-(
The most common ChronoForms problem is a From Email that doesn't match the site domain - after that it can be any number of things I'm afraid.

Hey bob,
The site domain perhaps then hmm..
The emails that are being sent are:
from: <info@frieslandhollandtravel.nl> sent by ( fhtravel@server1.frieslandholland.nl)
<info@frieslandhollandtravel.nl> is what i filled in at the "from email" field.
the website is running at: <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.frieslandhollandtravel.nl">www.frieslandhollandtravel.nl</a><!-- w -->
Do you think this could be a problem ?
