File Upload require no image & still work

Hi Bob,
I have one more question and then I should be done with my form and buying you a six pack of beer. I added a File upload to my form and did not select the validation required box. When the form is submitted it comes up with stop image & 1. If I select an image to upload then it works fine. How can I get the form to submit without requiring an image to upload.

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
