Error on form submit

Hallo!
I'm in troubles with a simple form on this website:

http://www.latteriapievetta.it/scrivici.html

In the page I'm using the code:

{chronocontact}scrivici{/chronocontact}

Of course "scrivici" is my form's name.

When I submit the form (with ALL the correct datas in the fields), I can't send the form and a pink bar suddenly appears on top of the form (see screenshot).

FYI I'm using Joomla 1.5.22 with the System - Mootools Upgrade plug-in disabled.

Strangely I can't better understand my issue since the form's Debug function (now is ON) do not give me any information.

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
