1 What are differences from a Content Construction and Forms components?
- Content Construction
- Forms

2 What are main differences from BreezingForms - RSform Pro - ChronoForms - Fabrik?

3 Can ChronoForms work with Joomla Multi Site (sharing forms) ?

For questions 2 & 3 I have no idea.

For question 1 I think that Content Construction componenets are primarily about making it easier to enter and use Joomla! articles - including richer Section/Category/Tag structure; and Form components like ChronoForms are primarily about making it easier to create forms and to handle the form results. There is some overlap in the technology used but the objectives are quite different.
