a reply email to the sender of the filled in form

Dear All

How do i create a reply mail to the sender of the form

I tried dynamic reply email in a second red box but i did not get that one green
and i do not understand how I can create an email template

please give me a hint

Hi Lion tokkie,

Please check the following - especially 'd' :

a) That 'Send Emails' is set to 'Yes' on the Form General tab

b) That you have a valid Email Setup - if the box is green it's valid, red is invalid (see d below)

c) That you have set 'Enabled' to 'Yes' in the Email Setup Properties box

d) A valid Email Setup requires To, Subject, From Name and From Email elements (or the Dynamic equivalents) in the *same* setup box.

e) The element boxes must contain strings for the static elements or valid input names from the form for the Dynamic elements.

f) The To and From Email boxes must contain valid email addresses

g) The From Email address should match the Domain name.

h) The To email address should not be the same as the From Email address.

your answer is right
and i was already able to send an email but what we want is the following
I want to forward the information from the form to tw email location a reply to the form creator
b to the related subject email


so we use the form for a demo request so the contense is sent to [email]sales@raamproducts.com[/email] and replied to the creator of the form with an other email lay out

is this posible

Yes, create a second Email Setup for the second email. You can set up as many emails as you need.
