This new upgrade seems pretty complicated for the average user. I was hoping it would be easier for my none-web savvy clients to use. Anyway, the question I have is there is no longer an option to add just text. Maybe I want to add instructions or an H2 tag. Is this done under the "Custom Element" if so, can you explain it. I downloaded the little couple page tutorial for V4 you had linked in another forum but it's not really helpful in this fashion.
Hi prdg1,
The Custom Element will accept any HTML or PHP in the code box; if you don't want it wrapped in the 'standard' ChronoForms <div>s then check the 'pure code' box.
The Field Name, Field ID, Label, etc will be applied to the wrapper divs - not to any code that you have in the Code box.

Hi Bob,
Can we have an "Add/Remove editor" in the code of Custom element like in Email template?
Just to quick edit introduction text and instructions in the form.
And the MultiHolder element of V3? I can't find it in V4.
Thanks
Roberto

Hi Roberto,
Will try to add a new "Text element" to the fields list which should have an editor to customize your text.
and I will see if its possible to have a multi holder in V4

Max

Thank you Max.
I intend to migrate from CK Forms to a paid Chrono Forms.
Can I use today the V4 in a production form?

Hi Roberto,
Yes, V4 is stable enough to be used in production, but please upgrade to the latest version once we release it, the upgrade is very easy, you just install the new one over the old one.
