I don't receive the emails

Hello,

My english is not so good but I try to explain my problems.

I am doing a new website on Joomla 1.6 with the new version of Chronoform. I made a form with the easy form wizard. The form is working for the guest but I don't receive the e-mails. At this url : http://cluster010.ovh.net/~dvanderh/index.php/contact.

Can you help me ?😀

Hi sebg,

It's impossible to tell what the problem is from looking at the form itself unless you have a Debugger action added.

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

The from address domain probably needs to match the site domain. Everything else looks OK

I changed the from adress mail but the problem persists.

I installed Chronoform on another website (Joomla 1.6 on OVH too), I made a new form and I have the same problem...
The problem can be on ovh ? Or php mail ?

Hi sebg,

The form works OK on my test site - you should have received my test email - so the problem is either with the site mailer setup; or the emails are being blocked as possible spam.
