Hi,

I am using CF 4 on Joomla 1.5.22. I would like to receive emails from the site as HTML, so that they will be more readable and formatted. But it happens that my mail provider (the same as the web site provider) is marking HTML emails as spam, with this message: "The original message was not completely plain text, and may be unsafe to open..."

I have tried to set CF4 to send only plain text email forms, but they are very bad looking as I cannot format them.

Is there any workaround for this?

Hi Fabio,

You can only do limited formatting in plain text Emails and with variable form data they are unlikley to look good :-(

You could try using SMTP with a Gmail account and bypass the Web host's mail checker.
