Cant't create a table for my form

Hello Mates,

i've created a simple contact form with Chronoform. In the Actionsfield it is possible to add all entries to a special database. In the Tutorials on Screencast i've seen, that he uses: "jos_chronoforms_data_contact_me".
So i tried to create this. I've used in the Mainmenue the Button create Database. First i have selected the form (with the checkbox). Then i've used the button. But Chronforms tells me, that i must choose a form. But it is already choosen.
Has anyone an idea to fix it? Can i otherwise use the jos_chronoforms for entries?

Aah i think i have it. I've choosen in the action range:
* table: jos_chronoforms
* ModelID: chronoform_data
* Save under ModelID: No.

Is this correct? Or should i change anything?

Not really. My Form stands now under: http://saigkill.homelinux.net/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=contact_me_form. But it hasn't any submit or send Button. :?
Has you an idea?
