Chronoforms v4 RC 1.7 and Joomla 1.5.23

So installed Chronoforms v4 RC 1.7 on my local WAMP of Joomla 1.5.21 and everything was OKAY. Then decided to upgrade to Joomla 1.5.23 and now there is NO drag & drop functionality in either Firefox 3.6.16 or IE8.
Firebug gives me this error message for formswizard.js -> $("actions_accordion").getElements(".dragable").makeGhostDraggable is not a function
I have the Mootools upgrade plugin enabled.
Is there a fix for this?

My .htaccess was preventing access to drag.ghost.js
All good now.
