Hi,
I used the text of the cookbook (great book by the way) chapter 5 to make a confirmation page.
Everything works. The onliy thing I do not get to work are the confirm and back button. They are not there simply!
Am I missing something?

I solved it myself....
Found the problem in these forums:

The update of the php files did the job.
However! I found another problem:
When I click the back button all the content of the form has disappered. Not realy friendly if you only want to change the e-mail for instance.
Is there a solution?
