Hi 3shian,

Everything here looks OK assuming that you have a database table set up with column names that match the input names in your form.

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

Hi 3shian,

I restored your form, created a table from it and configured the DB Save to link to the table. Seems to save OK.

sir may i ask another question? what kind of data type in every field did you use to create the table? i use "int" for the "student no". and "varchar" for the remaining fields except to the default fields that are there.such as "cf_id", "cf_uid", "cf_created", "cf_modified", "cf_ipaddress", "cf_user_id". i leave their data types as default. can you provide me a screen shot of your table configuration sir? if its ok?thanks alot...

Hi 3shian,

I can't tell from what is posted here. Provided that your form input names match the table column names then all should be OK.
