Form does not display

I've used Chronoforms in previous projects, but this is my first round with v4.

I created a simple form and published it. When I follow the link to the Frontend view, I don't see the form. The "Powered by Chronoforms" div appears, but no content is displayed in front of it.

I swapped templates to be sure, but the default templates wouldn't render it either.

Not sure where to go in troubleshooting from this point - the form code is not getting to the final page in any form.

You need to drag a 'Show HTML' event into the OnLoad Event box.
