v3 File Uploading and Email Issues

I have a form that allows uploading, the uploading seems to be working. Files are being stored in the .../upload/form_name directory.

What is not working is the form, is not sending out the email, and when you submit it is not running the code or plugins correctly, it bypasses the reCaptcha, and when you submit it's like the form just reloads.

Any Idea?

Also let's say that this was working correctly are the uploads automatically attached to the email, in the email setting?

I created a small sample form with one text field, and one upload field, and it worked flawlessly, and emailed me the attachments. Not sure what is going on with my other form, will keep ya'll updated.

It's probably a problem with the logic flow of the OnSubmit Event. Can you post a screenshot?
