Im getting this error when posting a form... the url on the page is 'index.php?option=com_chronocontact&task=send&chronoformname=contact'
it was working fine in till i've changed hosts...
The post_max_size is 8M but the form is only small so it would even get close to 8mb

Any ideas...

What exactly is the problem? It's not clear to me from your post.

Have you tried turning the Joomla! Security Token off in the Form General tab?
