I am using the authorize.net payment method but the total I am passing in from a radio button is wrong, appears to be a random value.

Yes, you need the 'paid' version to remove the randomiser. Check the Subscriptions link above.

PS for other readers, the same is true for the PayPal API plug-in.

Thanks for the reply. I do have a subscription and it shows it is validated when I login to the admin.
