It's not my day today. Plan was from Xampp, a debugged and tested ChronoForm registration page -> clone of website (final debugging) -> LIVE site.
First step is done and installed RC1.6 on the clone of LIVE and imported the form data via PhpMyAdmin. The elements came through fine but for the EVENTS page, I only get the blank OnLoad and OnSubmit windows. All the data is there in jos_chronoforms and jos_chronoform_actions but it doesn't show up in elements.
I know this worked in v3.

I haven't tried this but it looks as though it ought to work as long as the chronoform_id is matched up in the actions table.

Did you import the whole 2 tables with data + structure or data only ? importing data only may cause some indexes values to change, please drop the 2 tables at the live website and import the 2 chronoforms tables from your local version.
of course make sure that your live tables don't have any data you need before dropping them
