I'm Back - now Version 4

I had a post about it in Version 3 and it got solved. Now that there is Number 4 on the line
this guy is back with the same question.

I have a radio box 3 choices
Field Name: Member
Options:
Standard=Standard
Silver=Silver
Platin=Platin

In the Email Template I get all fields but the radio box
Member choice: {member}

Do I have to use "Handle Arrays" and if how now here I have only one line.
