New Installation not displaying wizard images/elements

I have successfully implemented ChronoContact on another host, but just inherited a new Joomla site hosted on Network Solutions, running Joomla 1.5.13 Stable. I am able to install the component, but all dynamic elements within ChronoContact are broken. I'm not sure how to describe it -- I can see the names of the elements in the form wizard, for example, but they're displayed as raw text and I can't drag them, etc. The same goes for setting up an email. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, tried the V3 and V4 versions -- nothing works. Any ideas?

Hi Debi,

It's sounds like a MooTools library problem -- though that doesn't exist for Joomla! 1.5.12 :-(

If not then some other kind of JavaScript conflict.

By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Thanks for the link. The problem looks like something in the site security. The ChronoForms wizard loads it's own copy of the TinyMCE editor and the file is not loading. If you go to http://your_host.com/joomla/administrator/components/com_chronocontact/js/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js you will see that there is a 403 Access Denied message :-(

I'm guessing that this is from a site mod_security setting.

PS I see that you also have ChronoForms v4 installed, this will not run on Joomla! 1.5.13, it needs 1.5.18 or higher with the MooTools Upgrade Plug-in enabled.

Thank you so much! That was it! After forever on hold with Network Solutions, they reset the server permissions and that solved the problem.
