Where can I find the version number of chronoforms?

This is an obviously newbie question but where can I find the version number of chronoforms? I have an older version of chronoforms installed on my Joomla 1.5.22 but I do not see the version info anywhere in the Form Manager and so, I cannot tell which version I am using.

I would like to upgrade to the latest version but I'm guessing the upgrading process may vary depending on what version is currently installed.

Check Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components tab.

Or check the version tag in administrator/components/com_chronocontact/chronocontact.xml (which is where the Components tab info comes from).
