I insert information in form i've created, but view a red box e 3 numbers, but no message.

Can you help me please?

Hi Sciadini,

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

I found error. I insered upload file, instead the form don't allow insered no file. Thank's Bob

Hi Sciadini,

You beat me to posting the reply. You had File Uploads set to 'Yes' with two file inputs specified but they don't appear in the Form HTML.
