CURL plugin enabled but not running.

Environment:
Cronoforms v3.1 RC5.5
vTiger 5.2.0
Joomla! 1.15.22

Starting with clean installs I have followed the tutorials dilligently.

Success:
Using the above I have managed to -

[list]A. Create Form
B. Create E-mail
C. Set CF to send emails
D. Set CF so save to Database [/list]

Issue: CURL wont run.

The following is in place
[list]A. Enable the Curl Plugin
B. Checked the Form HTML
C. Curl Debug says CURL is fine.
D. Gereral Tab - details are correct.
E. Paramater Tab - Debugging and Header Response are YES.[/list]
BUT
CURL simply will not run.
As can be seen in the Blue Run Report below 7. CURL Transaction Executed does not appear.

What have I tried?
[list]A. I have re-installed Joomla and Chronoforms several times.
B. I only use the demo form supplied.
C. I have enabled/disabled the Curl plugin several times.
D. I have enabled and disabled all the plugins except CURL.

I suspect there is a small something somewhere but what and where?
I have been battling and giving up for about 6 months.
I haved read all the forums but they luckily get past first base of a Curl Run Report.

Ah, but the plug-in isn't enabled. A **green** bar is enabled and red is disabled. Please only enable the plug-ins you are actually using otherwise they may interfere with each other. Also check the plug-in order to make sure that makes sense -- you can drag the bars to change the order.

And, yes, this is really bad UI design. It's improved a bit in the latest v3 release.

Changed vtigerCRM modules/Webforms file attributes to 755 from 777

So what happened next??

Brilliant No Error 500!!😀

But😟



Failed to add entry in to vtiger CRM.
Error Code: ACCESS_DENIED
Error Message: Permission to perform the operation is denied for name

And the Solution was?

Changed ModuleName=Leads to moduleName=Leads
