Email Template changing After Some Time

Hey,
Got o Strange problem. My Email Template is deleting my entrys by it self. Yestersday was everything Fine but Today my Template Ediths where gone :-/

Can someone help me please?

Which Chronoforms version do you have installed ? please check this under the "install/uninstall" area.
