How i have start create new form in our website for Lucky Draw , the form included Name, TEL, EMAIL, COUNTRY, ADDRESS), my design once cutomer completed the form press the submit button , form information will send to special email. I have setup email container add To: fix addres /Subject: fix subject. But now i want setup from email same as fill in form " From " email address. can do that, please advice.

You can use the Dynamic Email boxes to use an email address from the form.

However, I strongly recommend that you do *not* use the Dynamic From Email element in your Email Setups. Using this often results in your emails being marked as spam and dropped into a spam filter. Instead use the static From Email with an address that matches the site domain name and use Dynamic ReplyTo Email for the user email. The result is the same but with a much better chance of good delivery.

I have tried change the email setup , but still not working ,enclosed the pciture as you look .

You have to put the name of the Email input into the Dynamic RepyTo Email box before you can save the Email Setup.

You also need to add a From Email box and a Dynamic ReplyTo Name box.

Also another question , Once i have created the form , http://www.druhbeltsandbuckles.com/mainsite/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=LUCKY_DRAW , i want add more icon and modify font style and remove the powered by .... footer. please advice how can do that.

You can edit the Form HTML from the Form Editor Form Code | Form HTML box (Click the form name link in the Forms Manager to open the editor).

You can buy a subscription to get a copy of ChronoForms without the strap-line.
