The improvements in 4 are excellent. We've happily been using Chronoforms for some time now, placing hundreds of forms across our website (usually contact boxes for representatives that send inquiry emails to them automatically).

I have both version 3 and 4 running side by side on a test version of my website, but how can I import the forms from 3 to 4?

There is no importer yet - and I'm not sure if Max plans to create one as the architecture is quite different. You can copy and paste over the Form HTML, etc. but that's not an ideal answer.
