layout issue

I am not satisfied with the layout of my form - but I an not sure if this has to do with ChronoForms or if it is a template issue (Rockettheme).

The text will overwrite the checkboxes totally.

Please edit your template settings to turn Input Formatting off, this is usually under the Advanced Settings.
