Published form issue

alita 29 Jan, 2011
Hello,

I have done 3 forms and I have published them. However, when I link those form from the menu it give me the following error:
There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

However, if I insert the form tag inside an article it does work. But when I submit the form it gives me the same error as the one above. Also when I test it on my local it does work but the menu linked to the form gives the same problem. I wonder why.

Please let me know.

Hi Alwin,

This is usually a problem with SEF URLs. Could that be the case here?

Please post a link to the form so we can take a quick look.

Hello Bob,

Sorry for the delayed response. Here is the link, it takes you to three forms and you can test any of the form. Thank you for the prompt response as usual.

Hi Alwin,

You have a dash in the form name 'introductory-class'. This gives ChronoForms and MySQL hiccups. Please replace it with an underscore 'introductory_class'. YOu will need to rename any database table in the same way and then remake the DB Connection to the renamed table.
